maybe... Toybiz does release solid cases of figs after the fact to fill in the ones that sold out. There were cases of Elektra available a few months after series 4 came out...
The European markets do not in most cases recieve mixed cases, they recieve cases of solids.
As it's here in South Africa (we fall under European law), especially with McFarlane and Neca products. Yes we got full solid cases of Robocop, of Celtic Predator. Even Tiffany in the last line arrived in Solid cases.
With Toybiz, I also recall numerous solid cases of various ML figures.
